Terms of Use
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms apply to the PrimePhysX student portal (primephysx.com), run by Deepraj Banik. By signing in, you agree to them. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian, who agrees to them on your behalf.
Your account
- You sign in with the Google account your tutor registered you with. Access is for enrolled students only.
- Your account is for you alone. Don't share it or let anyone else sit an exam, contest or practice question for you.
- Keep your display name your own real name, so tutors and classmates can recognise you on leaderboards.
Exams
- Each exam can be attempted once. Leaving the page does not give you a fresh attempt.
- Your time runs from when you start, for the exam's duration or until its window closes, whichever comes first. The portal's server clock is what counts, not your device's.
- Answers are saved as you go. When time runs out, your attempt is submitted automatically with the answers saved so far.
- Results are released to everyone at the time your tutor sets.
- You need a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for time lost to your own connection, device or power problems, though your tutor may, at their discretion, extend an exam's window for everyone after a wider technical issue.
Contests and prizes
- Ranked contests are scored like exams. Rankings go by score. Ties are broken by less time taken, then earlier submission.
- Prizes, if any, are described on each contest before it starts and are given at the institute's discretion, to the student who earned them. They can't be exchanged or transferred.
- We may withhold a prize, remove a result or disqualify a student where we have good reason to believe they broke these terms, for example by getting outside help or using someone else's account.
Practice and points
Practice questions can be attempted any time. Points are awarded only when your first answer to a question is correct; later attempts are for revision. Points and ranks are for motivation and have no cash value.
Study materials and videos
- Notes, PDFs, questions, solutions and videos on the portal belong to PrimePhysX(except videos hosted on YouTube, which are also subject to YouTube's terms). They are provided for your own study only.
- You may not download, copy, screenshot, record, share or publish them, or try to get around the portal's view-only protections. Study PDFs carry your name and email as a watermark, so a leaked copy can be traced back to the account it came from.
Fair use of the portal
Don't try to access exams, answers or data that aren't meant for you, interfere with the portal, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend or remove an account that does.
Availability
We work to keep the portal running smoothly, but it is provided as-is and may sometimes be unavailable or have errors. To the extent the law allows, PrimePhysX is not liable for losses arising from using, or being unable to use, the portal.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell students on the portal about any important change. Continuing to use the portal means you accept the updated terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions or concerns? Email primephysx@gmail.com or call +91 60093 11731.
